Insanely good jacket. So warm, light and breathable. Things that shouldn't go in the same sentence!

Excellent lightweight duvet jacket from RAB. I selected this one as it does not have a hood and am very pleased with the fit and the heat retention of the jacket.

The jacket is warm and fits really well. If you are planning to wear a sweater underneath then look at the sizings and how they match to the measurements that they represent. The colour is fantastic and it arrived on precisely the day it said it would.

My 42 inch chest meant L was tight so bought XL and it's a bit baggy. Elastic drawstring for rear half of the bottom of the coat useful as is the scooped bottom rear of the coat -good for extra warmth - and it is a warm coat despite being filled with a down-free material (the name of which you advertise because it's printed on the outside of the jacket) Self stuff left pocket is good but the coat doesn't pack down small in it. It has a strong loop for fixing it to you by belt or karabiner to save holding the packed coat in your hands. Useful security inner zipped pocket. Colour - I really like - blue-black ink in some lights. It's not grey or charcoal black but not obviously blue either.Orange zips set it off. The grey in the colour description is only for the colour of the two elasticated cuffs and barely warrants a mention. Ripstop exterior material will be durable

Very impressed with this jacket. Purchased it for walks in the Peak District and it’s kept me nice and warm throughout. For a synthetic jacket it also retained body heat well during a 20 minute stop for lunch on a cold February day.

I love this jacket! Smart enough to wear anywhere I'm likely to be invited; light but very warm, even when standing around in those Fen North-easterlies, straight off the Urals. It poured with rain the first time out but there was no penetration and the collar is a snug enough fit to keep out draughts. I bought the small size and it fits comfortably over my small VR jacket, which means it will also be great for keeping in the rucksack to bring out for a quick warm-up when we're taking a break. I honestly can't think of anything I'd change with this jacket...

Great colour (metallic bluey/black) very thin and light weight but wind proof and very warm. Impressed! Size wise I am a 46" chest and bought an XL. Would be a snug fit if I wore a t shirt and fleece under it but I didn't need the fleece. Roomy front pockets and zipped inside pocket.
