The Tiley Paddler hat has a thicker material in the front brim section and less likely to to get blown down over your eyes, the side studs also secure the brim more if needed so this is ideal for paddling or hillwalking. I bought slightly big(two fingers under the brim) and can get a buff or sweatband on as well and the cinch cord at the back can be used to tighten the head size, quite happy with it so far.
