The Men's Lightline Jacket from Mountain Equipment is a popular technical duvet ideal for cold weather cragging, Scottish winter and Alpine summer use. A tried and tested, simply constructed down jacket which has recently undergone further improvements. Now with a revised, fully adjustable zip-off hood and updated shoulder baffle construction the Lightline Jacket benefits from a Drilite Loft outer which is totally windproof and highly water resistant. Ideal for use in the changeable weather conditions found in British winters and perfect protection for lightweight Alpine use.

675 Fill Power Down is mid range in the down market and it offers great warmth to weight ratios. Perfect for use in cold weather clothing and equipment.

Garments with an Adjustable Hood feature draw cords with toggles or other adjustment mechanisms, to change the size and shape of the hood to better fit the head of the wearer. Such hoods usually adjust independently around the head, and around the face, for a snug fit and optimum weather protection.

Midweight refers to products of intermediate weight or thickness, providing moderate levels of cushioning and insulation. They are best used for pursuits in cool weather, or to provide moderate support and protection for the feet in the case of Midweight socks.

Stitched-Through Construction: down garments and equipment constructed using a stitch through construction which helps keep down in place and reduce clumping. This construction is used mostly on mid to low weight down items.
