Webtogs Returns

We know how frustrating it is to receive items in the wrong size or colour. For this reason, we've come up with our Zero Hassle returns policy. We make it as easy possible to return items to us, for replacement or refund. Our Zero Hassle returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 60 days of the date you received the item, complete with all packaging (clothing must have labels attached and footwear must be in the manufacturers box) and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. For any exchanges, we cover the postage back to us and out to you again (UK only).

We are happy to Refund or Exchange your goods as long as you can answer YES to all of the following:

  1. The Refund/Exchange request takes place within 14 days from when the item was received.
  2. The goods remain complete and undamaged preferably with the original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.

OR

  1. If your item is faulty and under warranty.
